From experience with an ERDE, they are quiet easy to assemle and dis-assemble, just be carefull to store the bolts and nuts with the trailer to avoid loosing them.
And make sure you tighten all the bolts properly when assembling it, you would be surprised how easily they can loosen themselves.
My trailer can be stored on its end, so it doesnt take up too much space, is this an option for you? Save you having to assemble it each time.
