Ah, ha we had to get the same thing for ours a couple of years ago and I think the bit you're actually after is called the bellows thingy, (all very technical-lol)!
Anyway we were on our hols in Mevagissey at the time and got hold of one quite easily, (plenty in stock), from Mount Caravans which is on the road between St. Austell and Mevagissey just past the London Apprentice. Seeing that you're not that far from there, (Exeter?), you could probably have a nice trip down there to pick one up or they may even post you one if you contact them?
Of course, they're probably readily available at most caravan accessory shops anyway and you've probably got one closer to home? Mind you, a good excuse for a day out at wonderful little Mevagissey of course! I'd be up for that if I lived closer than 320 miles!!
Shame you don't live near us either as we've got a redundant 165 since buying our new van last month that came complete with the luxury of a cassette loo, (hubby thought he'd died and gone to heaven!).
Good luck anyway, I know it was a real doddle to replace, even I could have done it, (and believe me, that is saying something!) Oh, hubby says that I'm to tell you - he's the one giving you this information! But he's not the one typing it is he?
