Don't know whether this info has already been posted but in Lidl this morning there was a 6 pole 4.5M x 1.15M windbreak in a bag for £4.99.  Fire extinguishers were also reasonable; small one £4.99, large one £9.99.

Only went in for some bread and milk................

OMG!!! Another Lidl bargin - I'VE PROBABLY MISSED!!!!!! And that's even with me twice weekly Lidl newsletters being emailed to me!

AND we could really have done with a couple of those as hubby dearest, (he who can do no wrong at the moment as he is just on his way back from the 30 mile round trip buying my new laptop so I can get my ukcs fix even more and still look sociable sitting next to him-lol), only binned ours at the tip last weekend! Fair enough, they were well past their best but it was still emotional, parting with them.

He said, as I saw him putting them in the boot, 'well treat ourselves to some new ones -ok?' so these would have been just the job. Maybe I can get there tomorrow somehow in between spending limited valuable time with loving son and girlfriend only here for weekend from home in Dorset, and my time on ukcs?????

Now if only hubby had got me one of those voice recognition laptops, I could have worn the headset whilst driving and had it read the posts out to me as I went.... Now there's a wicked thought....if only, it were legal

I went in Lidl yesterday and they didn't have any!

Bit late as have not been looking at site for a while BUT

We bought one of the LIDL windbreaks and found it great. Firstly it was a few quid cheaper than elsewhere and was 6 pole and a about 4 feet high. But for us the bag it came in means it will stay wrapped. Would recommend when they come back again
