There was a long thread on here towards the end of last year about ABC. I havn't had a problem with them myself, but I have heard plenty of people who have.

Lovely peeps at this Camping shop/ Web Site and very good prices, particularly at sales times, end of season etc. Bought lots off this site and it all arrived the next day and when I had a problem with something that arrived damaged they arranged for a replacement to be delivered and the damaged item picked up at the same time. I cant speak highly enough of them. Their after sales is second to none.

Can I ask you, almost publicly, what is my best course of action?

What would you do if you were in my shoes with a product like Deltapegs?

There are plenty of really good sites with good customer service without dealing with the likes of ABC Camping. They may be wishing they hadn't called me a b***h now....
