I've just thought, why can't you use a small tank, like the header tank for central heating, with a lid, parked under the van? Fit it with a ballcock and feed it from a mains source on a serviced pitch. Then use a submersible pump like those used on an aquaroll. That way if anything went wrong with the system it will all run out on the ground and not affect the 'van. When empty, the tank could be used for storage while travelling so would not be a total waste of space. Just a thought!!!
very good idea, going camping soon at easter and have the option of mains water.
Most diy stores do storage boxes with lids, drill hole in side near the top, fit ballcock, hozelock hose pipe connectors, length of hose and drop in the pump.
Brilliant!!!
