Has any one used the suncamp 2kw parabolic heater that screws on to the Gaz bottles. Would like to know how much gas it uses.

i have a parabolic. bought it last september from towsure to be on the safe side im taking two 907s with me easter.only used it once but it did a good job of waring my tent up.i used the 907 for 8 days on the cooker and one realy cold night on the fire it wasnt a full bottle then and it is not empty now

I have one of those also.Used it for 4 nights in total last year on a full bottle (turned off when went to bed) .The bottle is just about empty.

It really depends on how long you have it on for we were away for 2 weeks last year with 1 of these first week we used it when it was wet to take the dampness out of the air so was probably on for a couple of hours maybe 4 times in the week the second week we didn't need it. We take 2 907 bottles with us 1 for the cooker and 1 for the heater we only changed 1 bottle while we were away and we always put the fullest bottle on the cooker. it does give out some heat we have a large frame tent and kept us warm. Also liked it as it's hard to knock over if you do happen to bang into it although not a good idea to try best being carefull and avoiding it

Cheers. I did think that I read some where that it burns 200 grams an hour but I cant find it now
