We've got a couple of cheap ones (£10) from Carrefour in France - they are OK as long as you don't get them too wet!! We've also got a really expensive (£80!) from a camping shop which is taller and more stable (it has individual adjustable feet) and we use as a cooking table as the OH is tall.
With hindsight the expensive table is great but possibly not worth the extra money although it is much easier for OH to work at and I'm sure will last for ever.
Woolies usually have cheap ones for £15 ish. We also bought a really cheap roll up aluminimum table for washing up as the cheap hardboard tables really don't like getting wet - we prefer this to just a washing up stand (we often camp where there are no washing up facilities).
The other thing to bear in mind (we didn't!) is to make sure you can get whatever you buy in your car boot! We can only get the expensive one in my (huge!) Saab boot by dropping the back seat down (so no passengers). We had to buy a big enough roof box to take it which cut down our choice of roof boxes hugely...
Try to go and see a few displays and think about what you might use the table for. We've gone for taking a couple of the cheapy tables rather than taking the big table and having to take the roof box.
