yeh but not very good i would just buy a spare for the trailer you can get them for about 15 pound from places like b+q, halfords and jr leisure wish u luck drive safe
Yes I have, but when I got the trailer I also bought a spare wheel & tyre. The only problem I then had was changing the whee with the trailer loaded. I undid the wheelnuts, then while I lifted the corner of trailer up my son swapped the wheels over; was I glad that he was quite quick about it!!
not yet but did buy a spare wheel and picked up a second hand scissors jack at the local tip for £1 and a wheel brace for nothing ,so fingers crossed should be ok
Yeah first trip out with our new trailer last year fully loaded and on our way to cornwall at 5.30 in the morning, luckily we had a spare so did as FAT BELLY and OH lifted trailer as i swapped wheel. will buy scissor jack before this years trips
Dont skimp on a spare its not worth it and halfords arent open at 5.30 in the morning even if you are near one.
BTW our tyre was completely shredded so dont think the stuff you put in to stop punctures would have helped.

Yes we got a puncture on our first outing, the tyres were perished and we didn't have a spare. It was on the way home ,late sunday afternoon. We had to ask someone if we could leave our trailer in their garden. We picked it up the next day. It's now been rebuilt with new wheels and tyres and a spare.
I tow my trailer with a motorcycle and all four tyres have been injected with Ultraseal. I will, however be carrying a trailer spare this summer. A little thing like a puncture can seriously spoil your day. The Ultraseal goo is pricey compared to some other products, but I will continue to use it. Last Summer I had a rear wheel puncture on the bike and the tyre deflated slowly enough for me to pull up safely. The tyre fitter discovered five separate punctures. That could have been disastrous without the goo.
