this will be our first camping year with the children (2yrs and 4 yrs), hubby and i have always worn our fleeces when cold (especially at night) when sitting outside the tent, so i thought i'd treat the girls to something warm which didnt have the bulk of the winters coats. however i'm having great difficulty sourcing something online. anyone got any sites that theyve used in the past or any advice on keeping 2 wee girls warm in scotland?
I've just ordered my 19 month old son an all in one fleece from this place http://www.donann.co.uk/index.html they do all sorts of fleece wear - looks good
This is our first ever camping trip - just hope he'll be warm enough!
Sorry cant help much with the fleeces but pick a campsite with a small play area for the kids and ask for the nearest pitch so you can sit close by and watch them play theyll soon keep warm running around. I keep telling my kids to put their coats on but they soon complain its too hot and off they come!

Long thermal underwear is grea as a base layer for kids... I usually buy it from M&S but the season for it might be past.
For decent kiddy fleeces, try Tiso.
Or if you don`t mind rummaging, track down your next NCT (National Childbirth Trust) neary new sale on Google. I`ve found these to be a fantastic source of outdoor stuff for the kids over the years.
My OH bought our 5 1/2 month old little boy a superb all in one fleece from HERE. When buying fleece clothing try to get genuine Polartec fleece. It tends to last longer.
Oops just realised the link above only links to the La Redoute homepage...you need to search for the following items (titles are as they appear on the item page to make searching easier).
By the way, they are heavily discounted at the moment - I got my little lads for just £3.50!
