If it is the same, it is surely a bargain. If, on the other hand, the dimension of 21cm is correct, you won't get much in!

We bought this from go outdoors at £18.90 It is great value. 21cm is incorrect.

The advantage of this over many other designs is that it is very quick to put up and disassemble + very sturdy.

Why do people keep posting things I suddenly want (need?) ? 

On the other hand - here;'s something I found as an alternative to the Lidl one - it's 8.99 but if you are willing to put up with pink or lilac it's ony 7.99 - here  plus you get all the extras storage bags....

and yes it comes with a carry bag. nice quality - much better than last years model !
