Given that the recommendation is to put heavy items over the axle when loading a TT or caravan, is it really a good idea to hang extra weight off the back?
You can get bars that fit across the top of Conway TTs for carrying bikes....nothing similar made for the Raclet? Or just take the pedals off, turn the handlebars and strap them firmly on the top of the TT. You often see kids bikes transported this way on standard trailers.
Final suggestion...get a new towball mounted rack. Pendle make one for four bikes. Then you can carry all your bikes even when not camping.
