Hi we have a Thetford 465 porta loo, it's excellent, quite expensive to buy but it's got a 21 litre waste tank, a waste level indicator and an electric flush which is really powerful. We are a family of 4 (2 young children) who use the portaloo night and day (only no 1's tho, unless the littleuns get caught short), so the 21 litre waste tank is ideal for us. we normally only need to empty it once on a 3 night trip.
I have heard ppl recommending the Fiamma Bi-Pot's, they come in 13 or 20 litre waste tank sizes, they have a manual flush.
Personally I think the Thetford Portaloos cannot be beaten, I like my little luxuries. But I suppose it all depends on what you need personally, if you will only be using it occasionaly (over night) then a smaller waste tank would be fine for you, you also need to decide if you want a manual or electric flush.
Hope that helps
