for the following...a tent heater, and a double/king size air bed....and a good pump

preferably not too expensive for all items and not electric for the heater....we have both decided that if we need to get a new airbed - it will be better than one we have that lets the air out when you sleeping...the heater - to take the chill out the air at night - and the pump well thats for the air bed..we have one of those ones that pigs into the car but it takes for ever to blow something up...

and also - those mobile power supplys..are they really all that good and can you plug things into them and how long do they last for ? and how do you charge them up - via your car or can yo do it at home...I know lidls are selling them from tomorrow but I would like to know if they are any good firstly..

make our tent lives better !!

thanks.

The best pump we've ever had was a small yellow plastic one from argos so good and cheap at the time that I bought 2 they also suck and make excellent hairdryers work on cigarrette lighter socket

For a double airbed there is only one to get, and that's the Coleman Dual Chamber Comfort Airbed, and the pump designed for the bed - really quick!
Sadly ours was eaten by mice - but I intend to replace it as the difference between that and an ordinary bed is just so big that they are worth the extra few quid they cost.
I have a little heater that runs on the small bottles of gas - ideal for taking the chill out of the air.   Have seen them in B&Ms for about £15 - which is an excellent price as I paid over £50 for mine.
We have a couple of Mobile Power Supplies - use them for powering the airbed pump - means that they can be blown up inside the tent, a real boon when its raining.
Have blown up car tyre before now.
Ours can be recharged from either the mains or the car battery.

I second that...there really is no better airbed.

If your inner tent can accommodate it; the Coleman double Comfort High. It is great.

And, it is guaranteed not to leak so you won't have to top it up with air every couple of days.

As for pumps, have a look at these:

I think B&M  is a chain of shops in the Northwest of England.

Lancsguy  - the Intex queen I posted elsewhere doesn't have a built in pump but I do rate it highly and at less than half the price it's a snip.

Meant to say I use the Lidl power station and the yellow pump shon in one of the links above - works fine.  Takes a few minutes to blow up both sections of the bed.
