Hi All

Ive got one of these, they are brill & very light weight.

They come with one grill tray & a roasting tray, Ive managed to get another tray for it, would highly recommend getting one.  You can also get a medium sized pyrex/casserole pot in it aswell.

I had just brought a Hinari mini oven, but have taken it back, after purchasing this one on sale at Lidl's. (Although mine was brought from a bootsale, brand new!)

Go getting shopping guys...........

Hi hlk01

As yet I havnt used it, followed the instructions of cleaning it, so its ready to be used, when I finially get to go away!!!  Had to turn it up to the highest setting it was really hot & its got fan in it as well, on a switch so becomes a fan assisted oven, very good.....  Well worth getting one, as for the baking tray I got it from £ stretchers for £1.50 fits a treat.

How much are they selling the Portaloos for & are they like the thetford toilets etc? As they never had any down my way

I really need to get a toilet aswell.....

Hope that is of some help......

I got 1 of these 2 years ago. Brilliant piece of kit. I roast, grill, re-heat. I had to cut a large pizza in half to fit in the oven but not a problem. Also mine only has a timer for 60 mins so for jacket potatoes I have to be around to re-set the timer.

This is good but it draws almost 6amps at 1380w.

No good if you visit a site running max 5a ehu. (quite common apparently)

Hinari one 650w, just under 3A

Hi Tina

I dont know when the offer ends! I think it runs until they are out of stock. I got one and it was made by Thetford as it has the Thetford stickers on parts of the loo but the box does not say Thedford just Mobil toilet.. I have to admit, that i wasnt going to buy the loo i was going to just get a  bucket and lid but it is an excellant purchase.

You could always ring their customer service no as they are really helpful it is 0870 444 1234.

They maybe able to tell you if they have more stock and in what branches.

On Thursday they also have the mini oven for sale :

Hi All

Phoned Lidl's & they have no toilets left, so sadly had to pay £39.99 for a small one, at a local camping shop, what I want to know is, do I have to use the special toilet rolls, which I think are bio-degradable or will any recyled toilet rolls etc do?  Also should I stick with Aqua toilet bits, or again will a cheaper make do or even a normal household disinfectant/cleaner?

Many thanks again

No need to use the special loo rolls, but the proper chemicals are necessary for the bottom tank (top tank is optional). The cheaper 'own brand' ones are okay.

Fenwick's 'top & tail' (available from Halfords) can be used in both tanks and seems popular. I've got some to try on my next trip.
