Thanks for that everybody....the aerobed looks lovely, but you are right about the price Suzy. I might investigate readybeds to keep them zipped in.
Skatty - problem is that I'll have 3 children in the one room and I think I'll find them all in a tangled heap in the corner if I dont find a way of keeping them put! (but hey, if they are comfy that way and have slept through them I dont suppose it matters!).
Hey! Skatty! I just realised it was you who posted that rather cheeky message about my choice of tent earlier! Why do you think it is 'diabolical' - or do I really want to know now it is sitting in my hallway now in two rather large boxes?!

Yvette
If I were you id throw the tent away and camp in the boxes !!
Ah you'll be ok really Yvette ( Well probably ) Ive just got this long standing detest of the tent ,the floppy bedroom and no standing height in the pods ,the long dark tunnel to the inner sanctum ect ect .
It is infact not a bad tent ,I just dont like it and started taking the p out if a while ago which really wound some people up which me with my sick sense of humour found really ammusing ,now the tents are known UKCS wide as diabolicals
Princess moomoo, or should I call you Vicky?!, I'm almost afraid to say but its a vango diablo 900!
Thanks Gretchel, I've now seen a much cheaper option on ebay (a plain matress with raised edges, inflatable) that I will team with a small sleeping bag. I do like the readybeds, but they are a bit too pricey.
