Does anyone know the total weight of a full or empty camping gaz 907 cylinder?

I am trying to work out how much gas we used on our last camping trip, but I forgot to weigh the cylinder before we went.

Empty - around 3.1 Kg.  The empty weight (Tara) is stamped on the base of each bottle.

The 2.72 kg is the gas weight - I'm don't know the 'official' empty cylinder weight, but I think it's a little over 3.5 kg since my scales weigh a full cylinder at around 6.5 kg.

The empty cylinders vary a lot. If you want estimate by weight you need to weigh each full cylinder as you receive it and work by subtraction.

Instead you can tell how much gas there is by shaking the cylinder. You can feel the liquid butane moving around inside. If it is full  there is not much movement. With a bit of practice you can tell if you have enough for your next trip which is all that matters.
