Hi peeps, First time on ,hoping for a result.  I have been trying to locate a complete shower unit i.e 12v water heater,  pump , shower head. Or someone to advise on how to rig up a system (not a plastic bag full of water) where I can fit a unit into the toilet cubicle of my 26 year old Trannymobile , so as we are totally  independant. Any help would be much appreciated as I'm quite the new kid on the block.

             Here's Hoping,

                   ozagain ( wayne )

Iknow you dont want the plastic bag with water, but at a festival at weekend it was a godsend,4 of us had showers it was perfect temp, granted it was very hot weather so the solar system worked perfectly, but we will be taking it along with us everytime,it might be worth giving it a try,and its a lot cheaper, maybe you have, and it dosent suit you,so good luck in finding what you want.i am sure somebody will be along soon, who knows where you can get what you want from.

Where are you thinking of getting the 12 volt supply from? Even running off a vehicle alternator, you won't have enough power to heat water in any reasonable time.

coleman
We've got a coleman hot water on demand. You can charge the battery from the car as you go along and the water is heated by gas so you get instant hot water.

I got mine from Bass Pro US, I don't know if there is a UK supplier. Last time I spoke to a Coleman rep at a show they said they would be introducing them to the UK market.
