That looks a bit handy! Will be watching your posts with interest to see what ya think of it. I'd be interested to know if it's lightweight too and whether or not it's weatherproof, coz it would be a great alternative to our Coleman rechargeable for night fishing. Didn't notice if it said it's weatherproof.

If nothing else....the winding up would be great for upper arms!

wouldent fancy it, i have the wind up radio with light ,radio is ok but light does not last 2 mins you are forever winding the thing up

Yeah it takes a bit for me to order from tv shopping programs, but this looked quite good. When it was on air they said it was ideal for fishing, camping etc so I would think it is water proof. Oh yeah by the way it weigh's about 1lb I think they said. Will let you know what its like when it get to me

Yes but you can charge it from the car and it last ten hours.

I have a wind up torch which I bought for the tidy sum of £6.99 from Robert Dyas, you wind it up for about a minute to charge, I fell asleep one night and it was still lit when I woke up next morning!!!
