Has anyone got a Remoska, those combination electric pans from Lakeland. They sound great but I wonder how good they really are. I would be glad to hear from anyone who has used one before I buy one as at between £79 and £95 they are expensive.

Hi ....... have had mine a good few years now ....... love it - does everything the main oven will do - so thats more or less redundant except at Christmas ...... take 10 mins to heat up pies - pizza - rolls etc ...... can cook whole meal in there - have taken it camping too ..... but no need since getting Double Skillet

Highly reccommend it .... (sound like an ebay buyer lol)

Hope that of some help

I have one and use it for all my cooking except for things that need grilling.

I use the shallow pan the most. It cooks the most delicious jacket potatoes.

I can't cook large pizzas though- but with the rack I can do 2 small ones .

I will be taking it camping.

P.S. It gets very hot so you have to keep it away from children. The lid is heavy and a bit unwieldy- you have to have space to upturn it safely.

Dont start me off. I'm leaving this site, its too expensive. I've just bought a Cobb, and I always wanted a Remoska too.

Bought a Remoska last year use it when camping and use it at home.  Great in the summer when you want something done in the oven without the heat from the big oven.  Does the best toad in the hole.  Potatoes wedges are wonderful as are roast potatoes. One of my camping favourites: potatoes in the bottom with peppers and onions and a slug of Olive oil, black pepper, garlic and salt and then lamb steaks on the rack Yumm.  Sorry got a bit carried away then.  Well any way I wouldn't be without my Remoska, particular when camping.

I love mine, the spiced rice & prawn recipe is yummy. Was even lucky enough to buy a spare one to keep for camping from a car boot sale a month ago, cost--£1.50 couldnt pass it up at that price and looked like new.

Pizzas cook better in remoska than in my oven.
