Yes, they are brilliant. We used the metal ones, last trip, and they were more like ground staples than pegs - no more tripping over dangerous metal pegs or stubbing your toes on them, the tops sit flush with the ground and they are so neat. More importantly, they anchor the tent firmly and just don't budge (and we had some pretty substantial windy weather so they were put to the test; we had them on all guys and they remained firm, where the conventional 'heavy duty' pegs we used on the tent corners worked loose - so we changed them for deltas as well).
Surprisingly, perhaps, they came out of the ground easily when we struck pitch too. We were more than impressed, and the workmanship is top notch.
They are a little bulkier than conventional pegs, but well worth that small sacrifice for the peace of mind. And they look nice! (and I am NOT on commission, unfortunately! )
