Hi can anyone recommend good inflatable beds. The one we used on our first trip (slightly embarassing this) kept going down in the middle of the night and we would be lay on the floor when we got up. I think this is due to the fact that I am slightly on the large side and the hubby is all man in otherwords overweight (arnt we all....sigh) lol. So if anyone knows of any good weight bearing beds that would be great.
the are dual chambered so its like 2 single beds attatched with a sausage of air around the outside ,thus anything you do on your side will not disturb the other !
I wonder if the pillow-top ones help reduce condensation? Our comfort doubles do get a bit damp during the night (NO COMMENTS PLEASE!) and we often have to air them, yet looks like you could just zip off the pillow top bit and put that out to air (much easier!).
By the way, haven't seen the pillow-tops for less than £40 in the shops, yet ebay seller Sue does them for £19.99 - worth emailing her (and it isn't me, by the way!)?
I didn't know they did a pillow top one though. Normally we put a quilt on top of the bed between the mattress and our sleeping bags for extra warmth. Do you think the pillow top (as it's removable) would act as an insulator? I'm always looking at ways to reduce the amount of stuff we take (loads of gear, little car syndrome).

That's what we were thinking too, emgin. It does seem logical.....
Yup, it's Coleman Dual Chamber Airbeds for us too. Have tried several others but they can't compare for comfort, stay-up-ability and functionality (can have one side inflated more than other).
COLEMAN COMFORT DOUBLE AIRBEDS for us too. I didn't buy until I'd checked out reviews - and this one came up trumps everytime. No complaints at all and it doesn' go down in the night.
We had Coleman airbeds and they would slowly deflate after using them a few times. We've now switched to Thermarests and I can honestly say I've never slept better - better than in my own bed sometimes! I would never go back to an airbed.
