Yep...bucket for us too..!

We don't use any chemicals...just empty it in the morning when we get up...! We also keep a supply of baby wipes in the en suite (spare bedroom) for 'washing our hands' after peeing...!

Valk_scot

We do the exact same thing :-)

I'd love a porta pottie but there just isn't room in the car for it.

Kids love using the bucket anyway.

Thanks for that, I think we may go for the bucket this time!  (its just more obvious when empying and no-one wants to do it) I had already thought about Zoflora and hand wipes.

We have a Montana 6 and the side porch is ideal as a loo tent.

Cheers

Dawn

BWL for us, we have used it with a toilet cleaner in it to make it smell nice but we also use the WAG bags in it.   I liked Popi's suggestion of bio-degradable bin bags with kitty litter in them on another thread.

For us a pota-potti just takes up too much space.

We have a luggable loo (bucket with toilet seat and lid) which is very sturdy and cost us £20 from Waudbys.

I just put a little water and Zalflora in before bedtime and the kids use it (just for wee's) I empty and rinse each morning. On our last day we cleaned it and I filled it with our dirty laundry. Brilliant and cheap.

after much diliberation by myself on this subject, i decided to get a luggable loo to save the wife waking out in the middle of the night to use the loo, just waiting for it arrive, then see her face light up when she sees it

and who said romance is dead???
