Hi folks, looking for advice on some chairs for camping.

They need to be high back, recline, without neck support as I am over 6ft 3in and my wife is just over 5ft.

We are looking at the or Lafuma Chamonix Chair or Lafuma High Back Armchair, http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/redirect.asp?redir=http://www.towsure.com/default.asp?t=6435 do any of you have one of these and what do you think of them? or do you have a recommendation with web links.

Ideally we would like to sit in them but we have no shops that stock them, so we need your advice and will be buying them online, so if you see a bargain please let us know

Thanks

Hi,

I'm just over 6' 3" myself with my wife being 5' 4" and we have got a pair Dukdalf Paso Doble's which are really comfortable for us both. We've got the extra footrests too.

Thanks SmilerUK

We have had a look at Dukdalf at Dyce Caravan Cente, our only problem with them is my wife finds the neck support in the wrong place and they tilt's her head foward.

Maybe we are getting picky in our old age!

Hi, understand your problem completely - I'm 5feet and OH is 6'2". Camping chairs are only the beginning of the story!!

I've checked the towsure catalogue and the chairs we have look identical to the Chamonix give or take the colour. We have had ours about 9 or 10 years and bought them at towsure, however they don't say lafuma on them - the name on the bracket at the back is lallamond (or something like that1!). We both find them very comfortable as they cater for him with the very long back and give me somewhere for my head without a wronly placed lump. Hope this is of help.

Thanks DavieC I have been to Homebase and triedit but it is a little large when folded, but a bargain.

Delta9 WoW nice chairs not our cuppa tea, we are needing the chairs to sit up at the table as well as recline mind you the two later ones look good for fishing!

Thanks
