Hi guys.

We have just received 2 of the outwell windscreens BUT my OH is worried about the 'spikes' from the poles that stick out the top! Have you experienced any problems? He's worried someone will have their eye out on one.

What would you recommend?

Thank you.

Hi skatty

Thanks. I'll mention that to the OH and see what he says.

Get some rubberised toys or similar. Amusing as well as safer.

If you are worried my advice would be to put some old corks on the ends, they're free and you get the benefit of a good excuse to neck a few bottles of vino

We have one of these and haven't impaled anyone yet. They're far more likely to break their necks tripping over the guy ropes.

I agree with georginho, we have the Monty 6 with front & side canopies and the Outwell windbreak, it is guy rope-tastic !!!
