Shop lifting is a completely different kettle of fish.

If you can't get your orders right then you shouldn't be in business

But hey don't want to argue about this I'm glad there are people in the world who are so honest, I imagine if you found £20 in the street you'd hand it in to the police, fair enough and good on you, it's just I wouldn't.

if we have been shortchanged from a shop and dont realise until we have left the shop then we have no leg to stand on it is up to us to check our change before we leave , as goes for them  they dont check their dispatches properley then their loss too

You know what, I think that I am going to order one myself, just to see if I end up with the larger table......

And if I don't, I WILL COMPLAIN.....

i ordered me tent and all from them

they sent wrong table and then sent the dearer one i had ordered the next day-- i was totally honest and they didnt mention cheaper tabe?chair combo

rechargeable light was faulty and i didnt know till after our camping trip so me no packaging etc they sent me  a new one-- ( next day)throw old one away or use as spares!! brill and trusting

i know they got two things wrong light was not there fault but put right straight away and 100 per cent brilliant  again

brillant site/company

good prices

nice people to talk to on the phone

recomend this shop/site every time

i am very happy with them

No not in business, just made redundant by a multinational who on the surface looked good, but with all the odds stacked against most businesses these days it was just another gone to the wall.

It's never as simple as some seem to think.

Well they might have only paid £20 was one remark.

Manufacturers want as much as they can get for their products, the end customer wants it for as little as they can get it for, (check out the rushes at Aldi or Lidl) the retailer is stuck in the middle.

Sometimes mistakes are not mistakes at all, disgruntled employees have been known to box up higher priced goods deliberately, or even mess with the order completly so that the customer is annoyed at not receiving his/her order as expected.

What about the extortionate commercial rents, extremely  high business rates, ever increasing fuel costs (commercial is much dearer than domestic)  high insurance costs, wages, even at the minimum wage a workforce of 20 is about £4000 a week, and then there are the National insurance payments to be found on top of that.

Couple all the above with a small profit margin and well you know it doesn't take too much to tip the balance.

Yes if I found a £20 note I would hand it in, it just might be the last of someones pension, I know it could also be pocket change to someone else, but my conscience wouldn't allow me any pleasure in spending it, thinking that some old dear didn't have a Sunday dinner because of my inconsiderate actions.

More likely to belong to some big shot lawyer that had just screwed somebody over or defended a guilty person and got them off.

I would enjoy spending every penny, depends how you look at things

My first post here and potentially rather contentious.  Before I say anything, I am not linked in any way to the company.

No one should assume they have a high turnover and make lots of money.  Anyone can access Companies House and look at the financial position of any Ltd company. 

I can tell you that they are not a huge company and they don't make huge profits.  It seems they provide an excellent service, good prices and don't "rip people off."

what if they sent someone your small table by mistake and you the big one?

the other person is deffo going to ring them if they paid for a big one but got small one and the company will think they are trying it on.........

also by the time they pay another two post and pack i honestly think they will be overcome by your honesty and just tell you to forget about it.............think how good you will feel then?

if they dont then you havnt lost anything...ie you got what you paid for and was happy to pay that amount for

i would call them you know its the RIGHT thing to do
