Hi ,you can buy the poles at any camping shop ,you need to buy a threading kit too the first time ,dont worry its really easy to do ,good idea to always carry a spare too!

Noo ,its no biggy ,you'll find tent poles snap quiet often ,a good quick temporary fix if onsite ,is to use duct tape ,just tape the pole up really well so it does not slinter and tear the tent!
