Can anyone recommend a fridge about 40l in size that will keep my rose wine cold in the heat of France.

Thanks in advance

I just got one from lidl on Monday, £49.99.it's silver with a glass door, like the Stella beer fridges. It kept our wine and beer ice cold this week and it was scorching on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Don't know how much hotter it gets in France, but this one is a proper refridgerator, not just a cooler.

Other than this the combicool or mobicool 3 way fridges seem to get the thumbs up from everyone..

We have a camping gas fridge, which transports as a cool box then stands up like a proper fridge, I fit my wine in and usually cans too!!  It can run on 12 v or 240v mains cost around £70.

Mobicool 3-way was great in Brittany this year.   Lovely chilled white wine and plenty of room for fruit and other chilled food.   One of our best buys, we think.

I fully agreed with the Mobicool 3-way poast above, ours was great in June and July in France and Italy, even made ice cubes a couple of times.  If you are going to run it in the car off the cigaret lighter be aware that it pull's 6 amps at 12 volt so buy and extention cable with a 8 or higher amp fuse.  I burnt out two extentions before I realised it and bought a 10 amp one.  You need an extention cable as the wire from the box is slightly to short to make for comfortable driving.
