I bought some of these and tried them last trip out...great for vegetable mix (pepper, courgette, mushrooms, red onion and cherry tomatoes, slug of olive oil and some mixed herbs.) This was nice on its own, and nice on pasta as a sauce as well. I also tried some sliced baby potatoes and onions, then opened the bag and stirred in some Boursin cheese for fake french Daupinaise potatoes.
Excellent things, very useful. I must get some more before they take them off the shelves at the end of the summer.
One tip...once they`re cooking, the ingredients keep cooking in the steam inside the bag, so you can pull them off the barbecue for a bit if you need the space.
