Hello all, first post so here goes...thought you might like to know about something I "discovered" on t`internet, it`s called a spair-aware and basicly it allows you to keep an eye on your spare tyre pressure and top up the pressure without removing anything from the boot to get to the tyre, simple but effective, oh and only a tenner.
a friend has something like that fitted to his buccaneer allways wondered if you could buy them, now on my shopping list

Hi my spare wheel also has the valve pointing downwards( Vectra) and the spair-aware fits fine, it has a right angle at the tyre end and this clears the floor ok, a friend has one fitted on his Peugeot that has the spare tyre in a cradle outside below the boot and has run the spair-aware through the boot floor into the boot, he seems delighted with it. I think I might invest in a few for Christmas pressies, I definately need commission for this !
oops, sorry John, geography has let me down again. You never know, it might be a huge hit, memories of "The Peckham Spring" come to mind from Only Fools and Horses.
I've got one of these fitted to my Pennine Fiesta spare. I can keep an eye on the spare and top it up if needed without having to drop the cradle. Great gadget. I'm going to get another for the Toyota
