I once bought some plastic cups from ikea which I could take camping with me if I wanted.  Didnt go on its first day of opening cos I thought no matter how cheap it is if its too mad there, its not worth it.

I hate Ikea, too big, too busy and if you change your mind and decide to buy something you saw earlier it takes about 3 hours to find it again.

Maybe I'm the only female who hates the place.

Not sure what this has to do with camping maybe they are setting up a campsite so all those mad shoppers need never go home

You can get quite a bit of "equipment" at Ikea that you can use while camping/caravanning.

We have just bought an Ikea mattress topper (Sultan, middle of the range thickness) as I have a Princess and the Pea thing going on with our double bed when made up. I could feel the joins between the cushions. The mattress has made a huge difference, slept like a baby!

Couldn't afford a memory foam mattress, and the Ikea one folds up neatly.

Also I have bought the thin frying pans for 99p each, great for camping, and the cutlery, glasses, scissors  and bedding. It's cheap enough to not worry if you lose anything (I camp every year with a group of friends and we seem to pass equipment round and it never comes back).

I still hate actually going to Ikea, but they're open till 10pm, so I go as late as possible.

I'm really peeved at IKEA because you can't order stuff - you just take your chances and if you're lucky it's in stock!

Still, they do some really good food to console you!

Hi moppy
The new one has fancy tray on wheels so you can push your food rather than carry it to the table ( only it holds more as well )
