It looks like a pretty good entry level device. I've found this user review, if it helps:

I've had one of these for a few weeks now (from Tesco), and it seems to be a great navigator. Ok it doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it does what it says on the tin so to speak. One useful feature is an ability to tell it to skip toll roads and farm tracks. Controlling it is very easy, in fact I had it navigating in Tesco car park whilst still waiting for the missus after buying it (not that difficult - I sometimes have to camp out in Tesco car parks!). Oh and there is a very reassuring femail voice.

All in all, I am very happy with the Navman ICN 330

It does seem reasonable. I have a navman but my partner still navigates with a map, just to beon the safe side

The tomtom one would be a better buy.

As long as it's version 2. There have been a few issues with version 1 and a few retaillers may still have old stock.
I've got the new Navman N20 and it's a great bit of kit.

We've had the earlier (320) for about a year now and it's been great.

Took us all over Europe last winter.

Only downside I've found is that extra maps are expensive.

I'm looking at the Navman F20 for OH for Christmas and it is getting very good reviews on several websites.

Luckilly, the N20 comes with full street level European maps on 3 CD's...although you'll need to buy a 2 gig SD card to get them on to the device all at once.

Here's the WHICH? review

Satellite navigation review

Navman iCN330

The iCN330 is a neat looking unit with some slick touches.

For example, as you get closer to your destination a bar fills up on screen to show you how far through your journey you are. When a turning is approaching the bar turns red to give you warning, we thought this was clever piece of design

Setting up the unit is easy enough although the windscreen mount could have done with a larger range of adjustment - one of testers found it tricky to locate the Navman conveniently in their car. Still, the iCN330 is easy to program apart from the fact it only accepts five figure postcodes, which can be annoying.

Once you're underway the routes chosen are efficient and the instructions are generally good. Unfortunately, the unit sometimes gets roundabouts and junctions mixed up, which lost it some marks.

The iCN330 can't access information about congestion though and if you are looking for a small portable sat nav device we'd recommend the Garmin Nuvi instead.
