Can anyone recommend one as I can't find mine anywhere after 4 house moves including 3 different countries.  Cheers.

I have just ordered two Snugpak navigator bags, from completeoutdoors for £24.99 each, after recommendations from this site. (Celtic Gothette).

Three different countries!... It's not surprising you can't find your sleeping bag, I've lost all my luggage before, just going to Italy!...

What sort of sleeping bag do you like?... An 'envelope' (parallel) or a 'mummy' bag (tapered), extra wide (sorry!) or extra long, cotton or manmade material...

My own favourite is the "Coleman" Hampton (which used to be called the "Coleman" Chestnut) it's a metre wide & over two metres long (so lots of room to move about!) has a cotton lining and skin and is nice and warm. "Coleman" also do a cotton flannelette liner, for those colder spring/autumn days. I believe it costs about £35 though you may find it cheaper if you search the internet...

I am in the middle of moving house so really hope I don't lose any of my stuff!

Thoroughly recommend the snugpak navigator, really roomy and pack up tiny but not a mummy bag.  Serious camping gear at good prices. I have learned through experience that the sleeping bag is one thing not to skimp on.

  • why did the Vango cross the road,
  • my Vango's got no nose!  How does it smell?
  • Knock knock. Who's there? Vango . Vango who?

hi Sylvia, I was looking at buying a couple of these for me and my daughter, I only live 3 miles from Whalley, was amazed to find free delivery, good fast service too.

just wondered what you think of the snugpak bags, & are they roomy, cos it gives the length but not the width, and i like to move my legs about lol!
