Hi, I'm interested in knowing whether anyone has stayed at either Camping Alpha or Camping Osuna in Madrid recently, and what the experience was like. We want to stay in one of them in August for about 3 nights. We have 2 children (aged 7 and 4) and we know Madrid pretty well, but have never camped there.

We stayed a night at Alpha on way south in 2006 the pitches were very tight and stray dogs roaming and fouling the pitches. It may have changed in 10 years.

Hi. Just wondering if anyone has tried Osuna in the last couple of years please? Just really after a base for 2-3 nights with access to transport into Madrid.

Stayed at madrid 1night stop arco iris last year en route to Calpe. Like most spanish sites. Tighter than cramp.

We used Arco Iris in 2019. A bit awkward getting onto pitch but doable with motor mover. Short drive to nearby University, park free and bus into city. Did that for three days.
