Lovely new boats - great service at the Dover side BUT the service we received at the grotty Dunkirk terminal was dire!
We arrived early for our sailing - phoned Dover to change booking which they did without a problem. Got to check-in and a very disgruntled young lady muttered and moaned that "Dover don't know what they are doing" and subsequently refused us travel.Supervisor at Dunkirk was most unhelpful. We complained to manager at Dover and he gave us VIP upgrade - but we had to wait two more hours for the next sailing.
So back to P&O for us last time.

I've just complained to norfolk line because of the state of the ship in the VIP bit & they have refunded me the money for it both ways, no further questions asked.
Used this year for 3rd year runner. Cheaper, cleaner and simpler than the rest. We booked in March and paid £45 return for Jul/Aug crossings. I just felt sorry for the girl on the 'casino' table - no customers at all out and back. I bet that will be gone by next year.
