There are 5 great sites on the Bay of Rosas

Camping Aquarius (my choice) - smallest site, no pool, but great facilities and family atmoshphere (probably a little more expensive than the others)  http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=9825

Las Dunas - Huge site with great facilities, excellent shop, pool, large pitches - be careful you don'tget a pitch too far from the sea! The site shares a nightclub with Balena Alegre, we never had a problem with it, however, I have heard of some disruption in the early hours as kids return to their tents  http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=7051/

Balena Alegre 2 - Not stayed here, however, this is another massive site, with excellent facilities. The site is very long (1km) and very narrow, so all pitches are close to the beach. Seems to get very good reviews  http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=8168

Nautic Almata - Medium sized site built around a network of waterways on the mouth of the river Fluvia. Boat owners stay here as there is plenty of mooring. Water sports feature heavily with a windsurf and waterski schools. Many picthes have good shade. One advantage is the proximity to Sant Pedro Pescadore (small local town), there is a cycle track from the site to the town. Try to get a pich near the beach as the site is very deep  http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=9824

L'Amfora - I have not stayed here. It is a mixture of camping, mobile homes and sea-side villas. They have a large number of pools and some good shops. The evening disco is so loud that it disrupts neighbouring camp site a quarter of a mile away, teanagers from the neighbouring sites love it as many of them go to the disco. Speaking to people who have stayed, the camping area is well screened from the disco http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=7245
