As we always go at the same time of year children are rarely an issue. They can be a pain on board the ferry but that's just boredom and I feel sure I may have been the same as a child.
Childrens only do exist, aren't these called summer camps.
It's good to see a new generation of campers coming through, and camping abroad broadens their horizons. It's lovely to see children bridging the language gap and playing together, and in many cases trying their language skills.
My 'adventure'is only 4 weeks away. I say adventure because camping is. The dead certainty are the fery times, from there we have a lose plan but let our desire take us anywhere. How awful it must be to have a pre-planned destination of a hotel with a pool in one place.
