Agreed - and not a bad place for visiting places fairly close to Luxembourg Ville: there's a big ring road and motorway system which gets you to most places fairly quickly (just get an up-to-date map!). As I've said before, Luxembourg has been far cheaper, or at least, no worse, than nighbouring countries for costs, in my limited experience. Some people have found it expensive and it would be interesting to hear the details of what, where, when, why!
