thanks, ive sent her an email, it wouldnt send for some reason using the copy and paste function, so i just manually retyped it - does that mean that i am now a luddite?

Try this one, obviously close the spaces up and replace the word at with the symbol, as the forum won't allow the correct posting of email addresses;
