Why do the CC find it necessary to make an amendment charge. Why can't the member, after making the booking, contact DFDS if they want to change. The bookings made, DFDS have the details, so why can't this happen. £20 for something that is done by checking the DFDS web site is robbery, I can do that. The CC say they will match any offer but that's not true, is it.

Is it possible that it is DFDS which charges the £20 for the amendment fee and the CC are merely passing that charge on?
