St Lambert is much more 'rustic' - where Les Rivages is more manicured, and with more sanitary blocks. Les Rivages is also much nearer to the centre of Millau. The pool at St Lambert is lovely, in a very sunny position, and the team there seem very friendly. We only looked around, and didn't stay but I thought these few thoughts might help.
