Les Peneyrals looks good. Our girls do like their slides. We spoilt them last year staying at St Avit Loisirs.

I've messaged Peneyrals to see if they have availability.

Thanks all. We are looking for a site with a good pool area with slides, nice fully serviced pitches large enough to take a twin axle van. Not worried about beach or evening entertainment.

Alternatives with 'water park' - Moulin de la Picque, Moulin de Paulhiac,  Camping La Bouquerie, Camping La Chataigneraie, and I'm sure plenty of others.

Haven't been to these, by the way!

We have been to Les Peneyrals a couple of times and love it, booked for next year but had to go through Eurocamp independent as the direct website did not have any availability for the dates we wanted end of July for two weeks, I presume Eurocamp block book some of the pitches. It costs a little more but worth it to go back there.

We liked the look of it too jwadd but they can't get us in, even via eurocamp independent. We are going to book Moulin de Paulhiac on monday which Val A recommended, looks a nice site and has fully serviced pitches which we prefer ( I know i'm lazy but the family prefer to shower in the van so aqua rolls are a pain.

I think eurocamp do block book as we've found they have availability when the sites are sold out. To be honest their quote was within £20 of booking myself for our two weeks so I think they may get a better deal from the sites, ferry companies or both.
