Hi, you mentioned La Guyonniere - we were there just over 4 years ago and it would certainly tick a few of your boxes. There is one particular field which is very spacious, with a sanitary block in the middle, plenty of space for kids to run around in. The pool has a slide (not too many steps!) and a small lazy river-type of thing. You can drive to the beach in about 10-15 minutes, I think there was free parking at plage de normandeliere too.

Have you thought about the Dordogne at all? It might not be too much further for you. We've always stopped off in the Loire on the way back to break up the journey a bit.

The reviews seem to be left only by a band of stalwarts, even though many more campers on this forum will stay at the sites.

How does one suggest a site which isn't currently listed? Le Pearl at Argeles-sur-mer doesn't seem to be listed on here?

I've just added my review of Maisonneuve in the Dordogne, as it's not far from the area the OP was interested in.
