If you have a data plan that allows you to use your allowence abroad we found that we could use any of our Apps for watching stuff via a mobile data connection!
iplayer, Sky Go we tried :-) when we were over end of May beginning of June
No need for any VPN's - please can someone else confirm what I have said because everyone keeps questioning my sanity!
