I'll bear this post in mind if I see or hear of anyone doing mobile servicing - but two leads from Anglo-Info have lead to nothing. One website was no longer maintained, and the email to the other was bounced!

Is the caravan staying on site indefinitely for you to use every year? Then really the running gear does not need to be serviced & the interior you can check yourself. I imagine you use the caravan plugged into mains & gas cooker, yes? Theres not really much to go wrong so it does not need servicing as such. All a service of the interior would consist of would be checks you can do yourself.
Check the exterior body seams. Bring a cartridge of PU selant like Sikaflex 512 with you & squirt some in any dodgy seams & borrow a ladder to put some around the roof lights. Thats how most caravans that stay on site are serviced. Just looked after by the owner. It’s easier & cheaper that way.
I was going to say something similar Opensauce, but the purists on here (and on some other forums) will throw their hands up - 'gas safety', 'carbon monoxide'. gas hose, etc, but I would guess that the caravan is maybe only used for sleeping in, as they usually are in France, so perhaps a carbon monoxide alarm would be an additional suggestion.
However, if the caravan is about to be sold, then it really ought to be serviced or the tyres replaced at least as standing for long periods doesn't do caravan tyres any favours.
I would say the op needs to get creative here. If they want to sell the caravan then there is no reason why it cannot be towed any distance without being serviced. Mobile tyre service is available & with new tyres the caravan can be be towed back to UK no probs & serviced by new owner.
If it is staying on site then it’s fair to say many site caravans are never serviced. They are just used until they rot away. You can see that on any French campsite.

Have I missed something, the OP doesn't have a car to tow the caravan so it's probably not going anywhere, just do as Opensauce and Val suggest, sort it out yourself, why bother with new tyres?
Thank you, Grandad Kenny, for your helpful suggestion!! I actually have friends who are hoping to borrow the caravan for 2 weeks and tour to the south, which is why I was asking for suggestions. Clearly the caravan would need to be roadworthy.
Thanks to Opensauce and Val for your suggestions of engineers. I shall now try and get something sorted.
I would agree full disclosure of plans would have assisted to make advice more specifically targeted. Aileen are you intending to go to site before the caravan is borrowed? Your car will tow 1300kg. If it has towbar & caravan weighs no more that that as it stands then ok to tow for short distance to service garage & tyre depot.
Otherwise if your friends wish to use caravan them put the ball in their court. Book caravan in for service at one of the local places suggested on their date of arrival & thet can lose a day while it is serviced.
Ask camp site owner to arrange local mobile tyre service to fit tyres before they arrive or failing that caravan should be ok for your friends to tow to local tyre depot. It would be a good idea to buy tyres in UK & take them to France that way you would not need to arrange for correct size at French tyre depot. Small local depot would fit/balance/new valve for less than 20€ a side I would think.
