Vic,
Go to www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals and look under travel. You get 1 point for every pound spent. We are "stuck" with Tescos as we don't have an alternative, but our weekly shops plus petrol over the year has paid for our crossing. You can also part pay with the vouchers.
The system is easy. Check the cost of the crossings on the days you want to travel, you can do this by phone or on the euro tunnel web site. Send the appropriate nummber of club card vouchers to Tesco who will issue you with Euro Tunnel vouchers by return of post, phone Euro Tunnel to make your booking, quoting the voucher numbers as payment or part payment, then send the vouchers to Euro tunnel who will then confirm your booking.

It's worth pointing out that Tesco's changed their points system, and all new cards issued after April get points at HALF the value quoted above. They were obviously being too generous to make it pay! So for existing cardholders, it's a great deal, but there are now some cashback cards which will give you a better benefit. See www.moneysavingexpert.com for a good comparison chart.
I could be wrong but I think the reduction on the points system only relates to the Tesco credit card - not the clubcard itself. £100 spent with the old credit card would give you 150 points (100 for the Tesco spending plus 50 for credit card) The new credit card would only give you an extra 25 points ie 125 in total. £100 spent with the old credit card therefore gives you £6 of Deals tokens compared to £5 with the new card. Still a good deal
