We just got home from Le pin also and loved it!! This was our first holiday abroad camping but will not be our last.
I need to say a HUGE thanks to Jusy for all her help whilst i was planning this trip & also for the lovely letter she left for me at reception. Its just a shame we never got to meet, but as i've told her already... there'll be other times.
We had a walk around the site to try & spot people from here & i'm sure we saw newtocampings tent & Nelmos geist & santa fe!!! We were on pitch 132 & it was a lovely big pitch.

Hi Claire, hope the letter was some help to you ?
Did you like the site ? ( fingers crossed you did )
We have booked for next year and again on the same pitch.

I was just messaging you a thankyou on FB.
Yes the letter was a great help. Adam said thanks too as he went for a nosy around the bbq's and came back with a new swing bin for the awning & a base for our parasol!! Both which we recycled for someone elses use once we were leaving.
The site was lovely and the kids loved it, I was surprised at the size of our pitch, it was lovely. We've already talked about going again next year but thinking about doing the tunnel. I'll let you know the route we took this year and the other sites we tried.
Thankyou.xxx

You must have got around - we were right in the far corner (pitch 292)
Must admit, we plan to go back and ask for that pitch again - apart from the fact I had to use my bike to take the rubbish to the front gate (), it was a great pitch because we were up against the edge of the site, so a bit more privacy and no traffic wandering past.
Amazingly enough, we saw another Geist exactly the same as ours (first time that's happened) - unfortunately, we never managed to catch the owners in...

Glad it was some help and pleased to have help you.
We're aiming to go back next year, hopefully we'll get a pitch in the simialr area. Will definitely be going by the tunnel. We didn't mind the 10 hour drive.
