You sure about that? We bought a Brittany Ferry deal with 7 Camping Cheques for our holiday starting in May then added more cheques from them a week prior to departure and all were credited on my Gold card

I've just looked into that on the Caravan club web site. As I don't have a gold card and always book on line I always end up with paper cheques. This is what I based my reply on.
The quote below is taken from the web site,
Only paper Camping Cheques can be ordered online but must be purchased as part of a package, which must include your return crossing and at least 7 cheques. You cannot currently top up an electronic camping cheque card online, please call our contact centre to do this.
So it would appear Suzac that you must have ordered over the telephone.
Good point. Hopefully that clears up any confusion.
