We went to the Dordogne is 2005 and loved it, it is absolutely stunning. We've nearly gone back many times over the last ten years, but have always been put off by the chance of bad weather, but after enduring 53 degrees this summer in Dubai (after a spectacular and life changing three weeks in Australia, I must add) we are quite happy for a bit of cloud once in a while for next summer, so we are going to the Dordogne. Admittedly we have a gite, but really looking forward to it!
