It has take from 16th Dec until today to receive our ACSI books and no email yet with code to renew ACSI app. Email was promised in January sometime.
Very disppointed with level of service from ACSI as you have to phone them as they NEVER answer emails even though email is done through their website!

Ian, the code should be on the card which is detached from the cover of the book. Here is a link Using your ACSI App which contains a link to the page where you enter the code.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
I got my books and card on Thursday. ACSI had contacted me a few months ago to say they would be late. Payment went through this week. My ID card was received in September or October.

I inputted the code number on the card and it gets rejected so cannot update the ACSI app. No issue with CC app which has not expired/
Was it because the original ACSI (Main) App was a 'complimentary' addition to the ACSI (Card), so whilst buying the ACSI Card continues your ACSI (Card) App as long as yo continue to buy the guide, after the first year you have to buy an ACSI (Main) App each year at a cost of €12.99

We got our second lot of books on Saturday and the code on that one does not update the ACSI app. In the end I purchased just for France and Spain, but annoying as paid for the complete app so I could renew all countries just in case.

It seems that ACSI is in a bit of a muddle altogether. I checked our membership and according to them we only had membership for 2011 and 2013 although we have received our books every year up until this year!!!
http://webshop.acsi.eu/en/customer-service/. This might be the email address I used, it's on the Web site under customer services. If you log on to your account, there's a "contact us" button which gives them all your details i think?
