Hi All,
WOW, I have had a stroke of luck. I got my travel insurance from moneysupermarket.com as suggested by essexmum (Thanks, Amanda) at a cost of £11.60 for the three of us. I applied for our EHIC cards (FREE) and they have arrived too. I am one of these opt out company car drivers so I called the lease company and they said I needed a form from them that would cost £5.88, but it includes European breakdown cover. I then called my insurance company (which is paid for by my company) and they confirmed that I have fully comp cover in the EU.
So looking at this, I reckon we are ready to go.
Maybe see some of you there.
Thanks for all your replies. Mike
